Weapons: A full Daisho (Katana, Wakizashi, and Tanto) that she keeps on her belt at all times (leaving them behind only rarely and very begrudgingly) and a semi-automatic hand gun.

Appearance: Kiroa is about 5'8” and slender, she has fair skin, green eyes, and red hair that falls just past her shoulders. She wears comfortable street clothes, usually in dark blues purples and black. Her clothes also tend to be playful, and even a little reveling at times.

Personality: Kiora is playful and sarcastic, even a bit antagonistic at times. She is also very single-minded and fanatically loyal to Rowin.

Distinguishing marks or traits: Kiora wears a collar at all times. Sometimes it's a simple dog collar, others it's decorative, it depends on the situation, but it's always present.

History: Kiora was born in Ireland, but at about the age of 9 she was kidnapped by an ambitious mob boss. She spent several years imprisoned in a basement somewhere undergoing brutal “training.” The result of this training was that she became unquestioningly obedient. Her “master” treated her like a prized attack dog. When she preformed well he doted on her with articles of clothing and other trivial bits he thought would please her. When she failed him, however, his treatment was harsh.
However, about a year ago her master was killed by Rowin. He defeated her in combat and ever since then, her loyalty has been with him. She followed him, at first, like a lost puppy. But as he taught her to be her own person, rather than the attack dog that her previous master trained her to be, she became almost bold. Now, she often antagonizes him, though God help the person who does the same.

Other: Due to Kiora's “training,” when her collar comes off, she blacks out. What everyone else sees is a drastic change in her approach to combat. She goes from cool and calculated to brutal and straight-forward. She takes the most direct approach and instead of efficiently executing her prey, she slashes through everything in her path. If she does not have a weapon in her hands when the collar comes off, she will beat her opponent to death, she becomes a mindless killing machine.
It is likely that Kiora has a legal PiN to her name, but she remembers very little from her life before her "master." She relies on Rowin for food and everything else a PiN is needed for.

2012-02-12 [The Blood Angel]: Will do a proper review once I've slept and more fresh (stupid neighbours woke me up arguing in the street), but got one questions. I take it that she relies on Rowin's PiN's for basic foods stuffs etc?
